Return & Refund Policy

At Blynd.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items with weather-related damage.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items damaged via shipping/freight and not notated at time of acceptance with delivery service.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at blynd@franksmanufacturing.com within the return window.
- Include your invoice order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Blynd.com can assist with return shipping but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Blynd.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds (Issued by Check)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued via check and mailed to the address provided with your order.
- Refund checks are typically mailed within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their mailing address is accurate.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and your invoice order number.
- If damage was caused by shipping/freight company, this must be notated at time of acceptance with delivery company; otherwise, replacement or refund will not be issued.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund by check at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refund Checks
If you have not received your refund check:
- Please allow the full 14 business days for processing and mailing.
- If the check has not arrived after this period, contact us at blynd@franksmanufacturing.com for assistance.
9. Policy Updates
Blynd.com reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
